All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from when your order is placed and processed. Please allow 3-7 working days for standard shipping and 1-3 days for express shipping.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us to request the return and for the return address. We offer a store credit only, contact must be made within 14 days from the day your order was received.

1. We recommend sending your parcel back in a tracked satchel so it does not get lost in the post as we are not responsible for any lost packages.

​

2. We do not provide a refund for your return post cost unless the error was made by us. All products must be unworn with the tags still attached and have no smell perfume, smoke ect.
